Healthy homemade cookies recipe |

Ingredients:

1 cup jaggery powder

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup ghee

1 cup wheat flour

1/2tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cardamom powder

1 1/2 cups oats

1/2 cup coconut powder

1/2 cup dry fruits powder (almond and cashewnut)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 170°C  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the jaggery powder and milk. Mix well until the jaggery dissolves. Then add ghee and mix again.

add the dry ingredients wheat flour, oats, cardamom powder, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.


Fold in the coconut powder and dry fruits powder until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Take small portions of the dough and shape them into cookies. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.

Flatten each cookie slightly with your palm.

Bake in the preheated 170℃ oven for 20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.

Once done, remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
