Ingredients:

100g peanuts

35g pumpkin seeds

30g sesame seeds

35g watermelon seeds

50g cranberries

30g tutti frutti

50g almonds

35g sunflower seeds

50g dates

100g cashew nuts

50g honey

60g egg whites

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).

Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, watermelon seeds, cranberries, almonds, sunflower seeds, dates, tutti frutti and cashew nuts. Mix them well using a spatula.

Add Wet Ingredients: Once the dry ingredients are mixed, add honey and egg whites to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until all the dry ingredients are coated with the honey and egg whites mixture.

Shape the Biscuits: Take a round cookie cutter and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Fill the cookie cutter with the mixed dry fruit mixture and press it down firmly to compact the mixture. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used up, leaving some space between each biscuit.

Bake: Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the biscuits for about 20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and firm to the touch.

Cool and Serve: Once baked, remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool on the baking tray for a few minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.

Enjoy: Once cooled, your healthy homemade snacks are ready to be enjoyed! Store any leftovers in an airtight container for later snacking.

Enjoy your nutritious homemade biscuits packed with various nuts, seeds, and dried fruits!
