Sugar Glint Cookies" recipe

 Ingredients:

1 egg

100g sugar powder

100g oil (vegetable or any flavorless oil)

1/4 tsp baking powder

220g all-purpose flour

(Optional) 3 tbsp sugar (for coating)

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and sugar together until well combined. Add the oil and mix until smooth.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms. The dough should be firm enough to handle but not too dry. Adjust with a little more flour if too sticky.

Shape the Cookies: Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Then flatten each ball slightly with the palm of your hand.

Coat with Sugar: Place the additional sugar in a small bowl. Gently coat each cookie with sugar by pressing the top into the sugar.

Bake: Arrange the cookies on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.

Cool: Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Enjoy: Your delicious homemade cookies are ready to be enjoyed!

Remember, baking time might vary depending on your oven, so keep an eye on the cookies as they bake.
