Recipe for An Indispensable Eggless Strawberry Cake

Introduction: There's something quite special about the marriage of soft, moist cake with sweet, luscious strawberries. This Eggless Strawberry Cake is the ideal dessert for you if you want sweets that are bursting with fruity tastes. This recipe yields a delicious strawberry-infused pleasure that will make your taste buds dance, regardless of your dietary restrictions, egg allergies, or desire to try something new.


Vegetable Oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Strawberry milk

Set the Oven's Temperature to 350°F (180°C) before baking. Choose a cake pan and grease and flour it.
To prepare the strawberries, place one cup of cut strawberries in a blender or food processor and puree them. Save the leftover cup for another time.
Cream the oil and Sugar: Oil and sugar should be combined in a large mixing bowl once they have melted.

Add Wet Ingredients: Stir vanilla essence, plain yoghurt, and strawberry puree into the butter and sugar mixture. Until all components are properly incorporated, mix well.

Sift Dry Ingredients: Combine the salt, baking soda, baking powder, and all-purpose flour in a separate dish.

Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients: Add the sifted dry ingredients to the mixture gradually.
Pour the batter in a cake tin and bake for 40 minutes
Cool it down and serve
