Ingredients:
mango juice
2 cups heavy whipping cream
sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12-15 mango flavored biscuits (such as Marie biscuits)
Chopped nuts or mango slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Whip the Cream:
In a large mixing bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

Assemble the Pudding:
In a serving dish or glass bowl, arrange a layer of mango flavored biscuits at the bottom.
Spread a layer of the prepared mango puree over the biscuits.
