Almeno una volta a settimana faccio gli Gnocchi, solitamente il giovedì o la domenica, è una tradizione trasmessa da mia mamma!
Per variare di tanto in tanto li faccio ripieni, ancora più buoni!
Oggi li ho farciti con la NDUJA (salume tipico calabrese, con tanto pepe rosso ma non piccantissimo)
Segui passo passo il tutorial e vedrài che ti verrànno perfetti!

📝Ingredienti: per 4 persone
500 g Patate (a pasta gialla o rossa)
200 g Farina 00 circa (da aggiungere poco alla volta)

Per il condimento:
Formaggio a pasta molle (Brie)
Nduja (salume morbido piccante) puòi sostituire con salumi tipici della tua citta!

Per condire:
Sugo di pomodoro (cotto con sale, olio extravergine di oliva, aglio e basilico)
Formaggio Brie sciòlto In Padella
Formaggio Parmigiano grattugiato
Basilico
