Un dolce che va bene sempre in ogni momento della giornata e in ogni occasione… la Crostata! Nelle sue varie versioni, una più buona dell’altra! Oggi vi propongo una FROLLA MORBIDA al Latte senza burro! Morbidissima e scioglievole in bocca, buona da mangiare così o per accompagnare una tazza di tè o caffè.
Rifatela piacerà a tutti, io l’ho personalizzata a mio gusto, l’ho aromatizzata alle MANDORLE con crema di RICOTTA e AMARETTI, sapori che già da soli sono buoni ma insieme si abbinano perfettamente!

Il decoro poi è semplice ma di effetto è anche molto bella da vedere! 😉

🌡Inforniamo per 25 minuti circa
a 180° Statico 175° Ventilato

📝Ingredienti: stampo 30 cm
Per la Frolla:
2 uova
120 g Zucchero
80 g Latte
80 g Olio di semi
400-420 g Farina 00 (dipende dalla grandezza delle uova)
8 g lievito in polvere per dolci
1 pizzico Sale
Aroma Mandorle
Aroma Vaniglia

📝Per il Ripieno:
175 g Biscotti “Amaretti”
400 g Ricotta (di Pecora o di mucca o di bufala)
6 cucchiai Zucchero
1 Uovo
2 cucchiai Panna da montare
Aroma mandorle
Zucchero a velo
