The recipe for easy stuffed baked potatoes with bacon and cheese.

2 baking potatoes
minced bacon - 1/2 cup
chopped garlic - 1/2 tsp
chopped chilies - 1/2 tsp
sour cream - 1 big dollop
cheddar cheese - 1 cup
Tabasco sauce
black pepper
chilli flakes

Pierce the potatoes with fork multiple times. Spray cooking oil and season with salt. Bake them at 180 for 40-50 minutes.
Meanwhile fry the bacon. Add garlic and chilies. Cook the bacon till they are brown and crunchy.
When the potatoes are done, cut them in half. Carefully scoop out the middle part with a spoon to create a pocket. Keep the scooped out potato pieces in a bowl and mash them. Add the fired bacon to the mashed potatoes, add a dollop of sour cream, cheddar cheese and black pepper. Add few drops of Tabasco sauce. Mix all the ingredients very well.
Then fill the potato pockets with the mashed potatoes. Top it with cheddar cheese. Bake them again for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve them hot.
