An Indian Making Korean Bibimbap

This is an easy beginner recipe for making Korean Bibimbap. Its basically a rice mix, which can be eaten with any vegetable and meat combination of your own choice.

Ingredients:
1. Meat of your choice - 200 gms
2. Shiitake Mushroom - 4-5 pieces
3. Courgette - 2 inch piece
4. Carrots - 2 inch piece
5. Egg - 1
6. Soy Sauce - 1tbs
7. Rice Wine Vinegar - 1tbs
8. Black Pepper
9. Garlic Paste
10. Sushi/Sticky Rice

For the Bibimbap Sauce:
1. Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
2. Soy Sauce
3. Rice Wine Vinegar
4. Sugar
5. Salt
6. Garlic Paste
7. Sesame seeds


RECIPE

Prepare all the Ingredients
1. First prepare the meat for marination for about 20mins. Put Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Garlic paste and Salt and mix the meat well.
2. Cut the Shiitake Mushrooms, Carrots and Courgette into thin strips

Making the Sauce
1. In a bowl, take the Gochujang
2. Add Soy Sauce, Rice Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Salt and Garlic paste
3. Mix very well and keep aside

Cooking the Ingredients
1. Put the rice for cooking in one of the stoves
2. In another one, put a pan and heat oil
3. Saute the Carrots, Courgettes and Mushrooms separately, one by one
4. Fry the egg and keep aside
5. Cook the marinated meat and keep aside

Assembling the Bibimbap
1. Fill up a small bowl with cooked rice and press down so that the rice gets the shape of the small bowl
2. Put the rice into a bigger bowl
3. Arrange the cooked vegetables on the sides
4. Put the Meat on the side
5. Add homemade Kimchi on the side
6. Add one big spoon of sauce on top of the rice
7. Add the egg on top
8. Mix everything well to start eating immediately
9. ENJOY!
