How to make a healthy meal wrap out of Avocado and Smoked Salmon and little cheese. This wrap is full of flavours and is filling enough to keep you going for the rest of the time until your next big meal.

Ingredients
1. Avocado - 1
2. Smoked Salmon - 2/3 slices
3. Healthier version of mini wraps - 2
4. Tomato & Cucumber finely chopped - 2/3 tbs
5. Salt
6. Lemon
7. Chilli Flakes
8. Butter - as required
9. Low fat cheddar cheese - 30 gms

Recipe
1. Mix all the ingredients together to create avocado mash
2. Take the tortilla and spread few spoons of the avocado mash
3. Place a slice of smoked salmon on top of avocado
4. Put cheddar cheese and fold the wrap in half
5. Add some butter in a pan and add the wrap
6. Cook both sides until slightly crispy
7. Enjoy!
