My husband is crazy about Pizza, but eating takeaway pizza all the time is not healthy at all. This recipe is an alternative to takeaway pizza which is delicious and cheap as well!

Ingredients
1. Flour - 1 cup
2. Salt - 1 tsp
3. Sugar - 1 tsp
4. Yeast - 7 grams
5. Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
6. Cheddar Cheese - 1/2 cup
7. Mozzarella Cheese - 100 grams
8. Few slices of Bell Pepper and Onion
9. Oil - 2 tbs

Recipe:
1. Put 0.5 tsp of Sugar in warm water and once dissolved add Yeast and keep aside
2. In a bowl, mix Flour, Salt, Sugar and Garlic powder
3. Add the Yeast water to the Flour and with a spoon/spatula mix into a wet dough
4. Transfer the wet dough to a counter top and knead it with hands
5. Add Flour/Water if the dough is too wet/dry
6. Spend a good 5-7 minutes to knead the dough very well. Use the pull and fold method
7. Once done, brush oil on the surface of the dough and cover it. Keep it aside for 1 hour
8. Meanwhile cut Bell Pepper and Onion into rings
9. Cut Mozzarella
10. Take out the dough after 1 hour or so. Knead it again
11. Make a rough circular pizza base by spreading the dough with fingers.
12. Fold the sides of the pizza base
13. Apply Olive Oil on the sides
14. Apply any Pizza Sauce. Not too much or it will be soggy!
15. Put generous amount of cheese
16. Garnish the Bell Peppers and Onions and Mozzarella
17. Bake it in the oven at 220 degrees for 15-20minutes
18. ENJOY!!
