This is the recipe of the creamiest and smoothest udon ever. With a few basic ingredients, get ready to impress your friends and family with this classic show stopper of a recipe. One can customise with the choicest of mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:
Chestnut mushrooms
Shiitake mushrooms
Garlic
Heavy Cream
Milk
Butter
Salt
Black Pepper
Chilli Powder (optional)
Flour
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Udon

RECIPE:`
1. Prepare the mushrooms first cutting the Chestnut mushrooms very finely
2. Slice the Shiitake mushrooms thinly
3. Chop the Garlic
4. Prepare a pot for boiling water for the udon
5. Heat a pan and add some oil
6. Add the chopped Garlic
7. Once the Garlic browns, add the chopped Chestnut Mushroom
8. Wait till the chestnut mushrooms release water and the water dries
9. Add the sliced Shiitake mushrooms and fry for some time
10. Add Butter to the mushrooms
11. Once the butter melts, add flour and keep stirring so that the flour doesn't lump together or burn
12. Add heavy cream and milk and stir so that the flour is mixed well
13. Add the cooked Udon in the sauce mixture
14. Add Chilli Powder, Salt and Black Pepper as per your taste
15. Once it starts to boil a little, add the grated Parmesan Cheese til it melts
16. Switch off the heat once the sauce thickens
17. Plate the Udon and garnish with Spring Onions (optional). ENJOY!!
