Amazing Veggie Burgers Recipe

Who doesn’t love burgers. But it doesn’t have to meat burgers every time, these vegetable burgers are equally delicious, cheesy and bursting with flavours. Try replacing meat with this vegetable burger recipe.
Ingredients:
1. Medium Potatoes - 4
2. Onion - 0.5 cup
3. Carrots - 0.5 cup
4. Zucchini - 0.5 cup
5. Bell Pepper - 0.5 cup
5. Cabbage - 0.5 cup
6. Soy Sauce - 1 tbs
7. Tomato Sauce - 1 tbs
8. Garlic Powder - 0.5 tbs
9. Ginger Powder - 0.5 tbs
10. Black Pepper - 0.5 tbs
11. Salt
12. Flour - 4 tbs
13. Corn Flour - 1 tbs
14. Chilli Powder - 0.5 tbs
15. Parmesan Cheese - 4 tsp
16. Chilli Flakes
17. Cheddar Cheese - I used the spicy cheddar slices
18. Burger Buns
For burger assembly:
1. Tomatoes
2. Onions
3. Lettuce or Salad leaves
( You can many more items as per your preference e.g. Jalapenos, Pickles, Red Cabbage, Avocado, Mustard Sauce, Mayonnaise, etc.)
Recipe:
1. First put the potatoes to boil after cutting them into pieces
2. Meanwhile heat a pan with oil
3. Add onion and saute for for few minutes
4. Add carrots and saute till they start to become soft
4. Add Zucchini, Bell Pepper and Cabbage
5. Add Garlic powder, Ginger Powder and Black Pepper. Add salt per taste
6. Saute the vegetables
7. Add Soy sauce and Tomato sauce and saute till the vegetables are soft
8. Transfer the vegetables to a bowl and let it cool down
9. Mash the boiled potatoes and add the mash to the vegetables
10. Add Cheddar Cheese, Chilli Flakes and mix well
11. Make 4 big patties out of the mash
12. Mix Flour, Corn Flour and Chilli Powder in a flat plate
13. Cover the patties in the flour mixture
14. Fry the patties till light brown on both the sides
15. Add Cheddar Cheese and wait till they melt
16. Arrange burger buns and put tomato sauce and arrange lettuce leaves
17. Put the cooked veggie patties and add your rest of the ingredients for burger assembly
18. ENJOY!
