Sticky Honey Chilli Salmon | Quick Salmon Recipe

A super-quick recipe to cook Salmon in a sticky sweet and chilli flavor.

Ingredients:
Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Oil - 2 tsp
Honey - 2 tbs
Salmon - 2 pieces

Recipe:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients first
2. Add honey to the dry mixture and mix really well to create a sticky paste
3. Apply the paste to the salmon pieces and coat them really well
4. Add oil to a pan and put it on medium high heat
5. Fry the salmon skin side down first for 3-4 minutes, then 1 minute for each of the sides and lastly another few minutes on the face down and then set aside
6. Once little cooler to touch, separate the skin from the fish
7. Garnish with lime juice and spring onions
8. Enjoy!
