● Aujourd’hui je vous propose une recette de gâteau fondant aux poires, chocolat et amande : une recette peu sucrée, délicieusement chocolatée et facile à réaliser pour le goûter des petits et grands gourmands 😉

● Ingrédients pour la recette (gâteau de 23cm) :
100g de poudre d’amande
55g de farine (T55)
5g de cacao en poudre (non sucré)
150g de chocolat noir pâtissier (Guanaja 70% - Valrhona)
125g de beurre
1 pincée de fleur de sel
3 œufs
60g de sucre de fleur de coco
15g de miel d’acacia
40g de purée d’amande complète
3 poires
+ Confiture d’abricot et pralin pour décorer
