겨울 간식용,선물용으로 좋은 도라야끼 만들었어요.
말랑폭신한 팬케이크에 달콤한 팥소를 가득넣어 무조건 맛있는 간식
바로 먹는것보다 밀봉해서 하루 뒤에 먹는게 더 맛있는것같아요.
요즘 날씨에는 서늘한 실온에서 하루이틀 보관 가능하고
따뜻해지면 냉동보관후 자연해동해서 드세요.(팥이 잘 쉬는 식재료예요.)
예쁘게 포장해서 주변에 선물하면 정말 좋아할거에요.
맛있게 만들어 드세요.

재료(플레인맛,말차맛 각각 5개 분량)

*플레인맛
계란 2개(108g),설탕40g,물엿25g,우유 30g, 포도씨유 15g, 바닐라익스트랙 1 티스푼,
박력분 90g, 베이킹파우더 2g, 베이킹소다 2g


*말차맛
계란 2개(108g),설탕40g,물엿25g,우유 30g, 포도씨유 15g, 바닐라익스트랙 1 티스푼,
박력분 85g, 말차가루 5g, 베이킹파우더 2g, 베이킹소다 2g


*앙금
통팥앙금 450g,호두분태 50g

레시피

01. 플레인맛 반죽:계란 2개(108g),설탕40g,물엿25g,우유 30g, 포도씨유 15g, 바닐라익스트랙 1 티스푼을 설탕이 다 녹을때까지 섞어주세요.

02.박력분 90g, 베이킹파우더 2g, 베이킹소다 2g을 체 쳐 넣고 섞어주세요.( 말차맛은 같은 레시피에 박력분 85g, 말차가루 5g, 베이킹파우더 2g, 베이킹소다 2g만 변경)

03. 불은 약약불로 켜주고 코팅 잘된 팬에 오일 묻은 키친타월로 잘 닦아주세요.

04. 작은 국자로 반죽 1 국자붓고 윗면에 기포가 생기기 시작하면 뒤집어주세요.

05.뒤집은 후 30~40초 정도 더 구워주세요.

06. 통팥앙금 450g에 구운 호두분태 50g을 넣고 섞어주세요.

07. 빵 한 면에 앙금 50g을 가운데가 볼록하게 발라 다른 빵한쪽을 덮고 살살 눌러 접착시켜 주세요.

08. 불도장으로 모양을 내주세요.

450g whole red bean paste, 50g walnut
