A traditional chicken stir fry with a twist. This unique combination of cabbage and chicken makes this stir fry very unique. It uses some of the very basic ingredients of stir fry but the twist comes in the form of cabbage who blends like magic with the chicken.

Chicken cubes - 250 gms
Garlic chopped - 1 tbs
Soy Sauce - 3 tbs
Vinegar - 1 tbs
Flour - 1 tbs
Chilli Flakes - as per taste
Salt - as per taste
Cabbage - finely chopped - 1/2


Mix chicken and all the ingredients except the cabbage in a bowl. Once well coated, transfer the chicken to a pan with oil. Once the chicken is light brown , flip it on the other side. Cook until the chicken is cooked.
Then add few tbs of water if the pan is too dry. Put the shredded cabbage on top and add few drops of soy sauce. Cover the pan until the cabbage wilts down. Once the cabbage wilts down, mix well. Then increase the heat so that some of the cabbage at the bottom starts to get little burnt. This will give a charred and smoky element to the recipe. Cook on high heat for few minutes and then transfer to a bowl for serving immediately. ENJOY!
