● Aujourd’hui je vous propose une recette de velouté de chou-fleur parfumé au curcuma, à la crème de coco et accompagné d’un œuf mollet : un velouté très onctueux et facile à réaliser pour un repas complet 😉

● Ingrédients pour la recette (pour 2 personnes) :
1 petit chou-fleur (430g de fleurettes)
1 navet
1 oignon (175g)
2 à 3 gousses d’ail
10g de gingembre frais
1 c. à c. de curcuma en poudre
½ c. à c. de curry en poudre
200g de crème de coco
250ml d’eau
Huile d’olive
Sel, Poivre
2 œufs
+ Persil frais
+ Noix de pécan
