La colazione italiana per eccellenza Cornetto e cappuccino, è conosciuta in tutto il mondo! Amo molto le brioche e i croissant e spesso me li faccio a casa, con ingredienti freschi e con una SFOGLIATURA FACILE e VELOCE!
Oggi vi mostro una nuova tecnica già sperimentata da me, per fare una sfogliatura veloce ed efficace senza tempi di riposo e pieghe! Con una novità, il taglio dopo la crescita… vi ho incuriosito abbastanza? Seguite questo semplice tutorial ed otterrete un ottimo risultato! Io li ho farciti con Nutella ed altri vuoti, ma potete riempirli come più preferite!

‼️ POTETE anche congelarli dopo cotti, poi basta un veloce passaggio in forno e li avrete sempre fragranti e freschi al momento!

🌡️ Inforniamo a 175° Statico - 170° Ventilato per 30-35 minuti circa

📝 INGREDIENTI per 16 CROISSANT 🥐
600 g Farina 0 (oppure metà Manitoba e metà 00)
150 ml Latte + 150 ml Acqua (oppure 300 ml Latte)
2 Uova
50 g Burro (oppure Margarina)
60 g Zucchero
10 - 15 g Lievito di Birra fresco (4-5 g secco)

Per completare
50 g burro fuso (oppure Margarina)
30/40 g Zucchero
Confettura di Albicocche
Nutella
Zucchero a velo
