얼마전 카페에 갔는데 다른곳보다 유독 카페안에서
커피향이 진하게 나더라구요,
왜그런가 했더니 커피콩빵을 구워서 팔고 있었어요.
빵을 구울때 나는 커피향이 얼마나 좋던지요.
커피빵도 너무 맛있어서 당장 만들어봤어요.
시행착오는 있었지만, 그래도 맛있는 레시피로 나온것 같아요.

그리고 언젠가 댓글로 구독자 분이 커피콩빵 만들어 달라고 했었는데,
제가 한동안 잊고 있었지뭐예요.😅
늦었지만 그분이 이 영상을 꼭 봤으면 좋겠네요~


*** 계량은 저울(g), 밥스푼(Tbsp), 티스푼(tsp) 계량입니다 (계량스푼 아님)

[20구 틀, 40개 기준]
✤ 재료
- 계란 2개
- 설탕 50g(5스푼)
- 갈색설탕 50g(5스푼)
- 소금 1g(2꼬집)
- 베이킹파우더 2g(0.5티스푼)
- 박력분 100g
- 녹인 무염버터 80g
- 인스턴트 커피 4.5g(카누 5봉지)
- 뜨거운 물 16g(2스푼)

✤ TIP
- 온도가 너무 높으면 틀에서 예쁘게 분리되지 않아요.
- 베이킹파우더를 생략하면 빵이 갈색으로 나오지 않아요.
- 인스턴트 커피 대신 에스프레소나 커피파우더를 사용해도 돼요.
(물론, 디카페인으로 가능해요)
