김치만두 사먹었는데, 김치풍미가 안느껴진적 있으세요?

속은 촉촉하고 김치는 아삭아삭, 정말 맛있어요.

- 돼지고기 200g
- 두부 100g
- 대파 흰대 123g(10cm 3개)
- 맛술 8g(1스푼)
- 간장 16g(2스푼)
- 굴소스 0.5g(0.5스푼)
- 설탕 5g(0.51스푼)
- 생강가루 1g(0.4티스푼)
- 다진마늘 14g(1스푼)
- 참기름 16g(2스푼)

✤ TIP
- 전자레인지 대신 찜기로 찌셔도 돼요.
