한끼 식사로도 너무 훌륭한 감자요리 만들어봤어요.
소고기를 푹 끓이고 졸여서,
그 위에 감자를 얹어 구운 요리인데요,
포근하고 고소한 감자와 진하게 끓여낸 소고기의 조합이 너무 좋아요.
참고로 호주산 소고기는 육향이 강하기 때문에
한우나 미국산을 추천해요.

*** 계량은 저울(g), 밥스푼(Tbsp), 티스푼(tsp) 계량입니다 (계량스푼 아님)

[2~3인분]
✤ 소고기양념
- 소고기 300g
- 양파 반개
- 다진마늘 1개
- 치킨스톡 10g(0.7스푼)
- 카레가루 4g(0.5스푼)
- 큐민파우더 2g(0.5스푼)
- 고추가루 10g(2스푼)
- 홀토마토 210g(퓨레가능)
- 설탕 1티스푼
- 후추가루
- 물 200ml

✤ 감자양념
- 감자 500g
- 올리브오일 18g(2스푼)
- 고추가루 2g(0.5티스푼)
- 소금 2꼬집
- 마늘가루 3g(1티스푼) 다진마늘 가능

✤ 토핑(선택)
- 모짜렐라치즈
- 로즈마리

- 저는 감자를 생으로 사용했지만, 미리 삶아서 구우면 시간을 절약할 수 있어요.
- 소고기 양념은 간을 보고 싱거우면 소금이나 치킨스톡을 더 추가하세요.
- 에어프라이어에서도 조리 가능해요.
