꿀고구마로 맛있는 에그타르트 만들어봤어요.
고구마로 타르트컵을 만들어서, 더 건강하고 든든한 간식인데요,
고구마는 쫀쫀하고 필링은 보들보들해서 정말 맛있어요.
그냥 구워먹기만 해도 맛있는 꿀고구마지만,
다양한 맛으로도 즐겨보세요.
냉장고에 넣어놨다 드셔도 맛있어요.
냉장보관 3일, 그 이상은 냉동보관하세요.


*** 계량은 저울(g), 밥스푼(Tbsp), 티스푼(tsp) 계량입니다 (계량스푼 아님)

[8개 분량]
✤ 고구마컵
- 고구마 2개 (390g/껍질 벗긴 무게)
- 실온 무염버터 20g(1스푼)
- 알룰로스 20g(2스푼) 설탕가능
- 감자전분 20g(2스푼)

✤ 에그필링
- 계란노른자 3개 (50g)
- 알룰로스 25g(2.5스푼) 설탕가능
- 소금 1꼬집
- 전분가루 3g(1티스푼)
- 바닐라오일 3g(1티스푼)
- 우유 80g
- 생크림 100g

✤ TIP
- 고구마는 익히는 방법에 따라 수분도가 달라져요. 전자레인지에 맞춘 레시피예요.
- 퍽퍽한 밤고구마를 사용할 경우는 물에 삶아서 사용하는 것을 추천하고,
그래도 퍽퍽할 경우, 물이나 우유를 추가하세요.
