쉽고 간단하지만, 맛도 좋은 땡초김밥 만들어봤어요.
입이 얼얼하게 매운 정도는 아니구요,
청양고추를 한번 볶았기 때문에 매운맛이 중화되어
고소한 밥과 함께 맛있게 매운맛인데요,
마요네즈를 콕 찍어 먹으면 더 고소하고 별미예요.
일반 김밥은 손도 많이 가고 번거로운데,
요거는 재료도 많이 안들어가는데, 그에 비해 맛은 너무 좋아요.


*** 계량은 저울(g), 밥스푼(Tbsp), 티스푼(tsp) 계량입니다 (계량스푼 아님)

- 쌀밥 2공기 400g
- 청양고추 12개
- 당근 1/4개
- 어묵 2장

- 간장 8g(1스푼)
- 굴소스 10g(1스푼)
- 다진마늘 7g(0.5스푼)
- 맛술 8g(1스푼)
- 물엿 10g(1스푼)
- 참기름 8g(1스푼)
