INGREDIENTS

For the microwave peach compote (2-3 servings):
2 cups white peach, thinly wedged
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
A light pinch of salt
½ Tbsp unsalted butter

For assembly:
1 flatbread (I used a tandoori naan from Whole Foods)
¼ cup cream cheese spread
¼ cup mascarpone cheese
Fresh mint leaves for topping
