Banana Muffin:
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp sour cream
1 Tbsp banana (about 1.5 inch piece)
3 Tbsp flour
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
A very tiny pinch of salt
1 heaped Tbsp chopped walnuts
Blueberry Muffin:

1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp sour cream
¼ tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
¼ tsp baking powder
A very tiny pinch of salt
1 heaped Tbsp fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed)
Chocolate Muffin:

1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking powder
A very tiny pinch salt
1 heaped Tbsp chocolate chips
