생선조림 맛이 나는데 비린내가 안나고..,
너무 간단하고 완전 밥도둑이예요.
이 조림은 데우지 않고, 식은채로 먹어도 맛나요~^^


*** 계량은 저울(g), 밥스푼(Tbsp), 티스푼(tsp) 계량입니다 (계량스푼 아님)

[4인분]
✤ 재료
- 무 500g
- 참치캔 150g
- 대파 한줌
- 청양고추 1개 (생략가능)
- 쪽파 (생략가능)

✤ 양념
- 고추가루 18g(3스푼)
- 다진마늘 18g(1스푼)
- 국간장 16g(2스푼)
- 액젓 16g(2스푼)
- 맛술 16g(2스푼)
- 물엿 또는 올리고당 18g(2스푼)
- 황설탕 10g(1스푼) 깍아서
- 물 200ml
- 참기름 8g(1스푼) 불끄고

- 참치캔의 기름은 빼지 않는게 더 맛나요.
