앞으로 쌈무는 고기만 싸드시지 말고,
이렇게 만두전을 만들어보세요.
이것을 만두라고 해야할지, 전이라고 해야할지 모르겠지만..,
일단 만두전이라고 할게요 ^^
만두처럼 고기의 육즙이 가득하고,
전처럼 기름맛도 돌아서 감칠맛이 아주 좋아요.
반찬으로도 좋고, 술안주로도 아주 좋네요.
밀가루를 덜 사용하고 싶다면 만두피 대신 괜찮을 것 같아요.


*** 계량은 저울(g), 밥스푼(Tbsp), 티스푼(tsp) 계량입니다 (계량스푼 아님)

- 설탕 8g(0.8스푼) 알룰로스 가능
