- 돼지고기 300~340g
- 들기름 10g(1스푼)
- 고추장 85g(크게 2스푼)
- 된장 23g(0.5스푼)
- 고추가루 14g(크게 2스푼)
- 물 700ml
- 양파 반개
- 표고버섯 2개
- 토마토 중간크기 1개
- 대파 1대
- 애호박 반개
- 다진마늘 크게 20g(1스푼)
