무조림은 고추가루 넣어서 빨갛게 많이 해서 드시죠?
간장으로 간을 맞춰서 깔끔하고 개운한 장조림 만들어봤어요.
푹 졸여서 아주 부드럽고, 짜지 않게 만들어서 더 맛나요.
느끼한 음식과 같이 먹으면 개운하게 입을 리셋시키는 느낌인데요,
국물은 참기름과 김가루 뿌려서 밥 비벼먹으면 맛있어요.
그리고..,
무조림은 뜨거울 때보다 식혀서 냉장보관 후 먹어야 맛있어요.

*** 계량은 저울(g), 밥스푼(Tbsp), 티스푼(tsp) 계량입니다 (계량스푼 아님)

✤ 재료
- 무 650g(20조각)
- 다시마 10g
- 해물 다시팩
- 대파 흰부분 1대
- 통마늘 5개
- 청양고추 3개
- 삶은계란 5개(반숙/선택)
- 물 500ml

✤ 소스
- 간장 56g(7스푼)
- 맛술 16g(2스푼)
- 물엿 24g(2스푼)
- 황설탕 5g(0.5스푼)
- 생강청 8g(0.8스푼) 없으면 황설탕0.5스푼

✤ TIP
- 재료 넣는 순서가 중요해요.
- 계란을 완숙으로 드시려면 무 넣을때 같이 넣으세요.
- 반숙을 넣고 1~2분만 끓이면 드실때 계란이 더 부드러워요.
(냉장고에 넣어두면 간이 배어들어요)
