떡으로 카라멜 팝콘 만들어봤어요.
가래떡은 꿀만 찍어 먹어도 맛있잖아요~
그러나 맨날 먹던 방식 말고,
좀 더 특별하고 재밌는 간식으로
만들어보면 어떨까 해서 만들어봤어요.
씹으면 바삭하고 카라멜향이 나구요,
속은 떡의 쫀득함이 살아 있어서 씹는 재미가 있어요.
단맛을 줄이고 싶다면 설탕을 줄이거나,
떡의 양을 늘려서 소스가 조금만 묻게해보세요~

*** 계량은 저울(g), 밥스푼(Tbsp), 티스푼(tsp) 계량입니다 (계량스푼 아님)

✤ 재료
- 가래떡 250g(2.5줄) 23알 완성
- 설탕 50g(5스푼)
- 무염버터 10g(1스푼) 생략가능
- 물 30ml

✤ TIP
- 화면에서 보이는 가래떡 2.5줄 사용했어요.
- 오븐에서도 가능해요. 최고 온도에서 구워보세요.
- 가래떡, 떡볶이떡, 떡국떡 모두 가능해요.
