Canned tuna sushi is a variation of traditional sushi that uses canned tuna instead of fresh tuna. In this version, canned tuna is mixed with mayonnaise or other seasonings to enhance its flavor and texture. The prepared tuna mixture is then placed on top of vinegared rice, similar to traditional sushi, and may be garnished with toppings like sliced avocado, cucumber and sesame seeds.

INGREDIENTS
Japanese Sushi Rice - 500g
Japanese Sushi Vinegar - 75ml
NORI SHEETS (seaweed)
(Tuna Filling)
Canned Tuna - 2 Cans (5 oz)
Hot Sauce Or Siracha - 1 Tbsp
Japanese kewpie mayo - 2 Tbsp
Lime Juice - 1/2 tsp
(Soy Dipping Sauce)
Soy Sauce (light) - 3 Tbsp
Rice Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
Garlic - 1 pod Grated
Ginger - Small piece Grated
scallions
Few Drops Of Sesame oil

Carrot
Cucumber
Lettuce
Avacado
Sesame Seeds.
