This Chicken shawarma is a mouthwatering Middle Eastern dish that features succulent, thinly sliced chicken marinated in a blend of aromatic spices, then grilled to perfection with a tantalizing charred exterior. The marinated chicken is typically served wrapped in a flatbread, accompanied by a Garlic Mayo and a Red Sauce.

INGREDIENTS
(CHICKEN FILLING)
Curd - 1/4 Cup
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Onion Paste - 1 Tsp (grated onion)
Lemon Zest - 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp
Vinegar - 1/2 Tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Hot Sauce - 1 Tsp
Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp

Lebanese 7 Spice - 1 Tbsp (FINCH BRAND) (Substitute - Garam masala 1/2 tsp, Coriander powder 1.5 tsp , Cumin Powder 1Tsp)

Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Sugar - 1 Tsp
Chicken - 500g (thin sliced)

(GARLIC MAYO)
Egg - 1 Large
Grated Garlic - 3 Cloves
Tahini Paste - 1 Tbsp
Pinch Of Salt
Pepper Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Oregano - 1/4 Tsp
Honey - 1 Tsp
Lime Juice - 1.5 Tbsp
Sunflower Oil - 1 Cup
(if you don't have a stick blender use a regular Blender)

(RED SAUCE)
Tomato Sauce - 1/4 Cup
Hot Sauce - 1 Tbsp

(Grilling the chicken - if you don't have a Grill use a nonstick pan)

(SHAWARMA ROTI)
Flour - 2 Cups
Salt - 1 Tsp
Sugar - 1 Tsp
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
Butter - 3 Tbsp
Warm Milk - 1/2 Cup
Warm Water - As Needed

Iceberg Lettuce
Gherkin
Onion Slices
