Iftar Porridge, Also Known As Nombu Kanji Or Ramadan Kanji, Is A Traditional Dish Prepared During The Islamic Fasting Month Of Ramadan.
Its A Hearty And Nutritious Porridge Made With Rice, Lentils, Vegetables And Spices. This Flavorful Dish Is Commonly Consumed To Break The Fast After Sunset, Providing Energy And Nourishment To Replenish The Body After A Day Of Fasting.

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 50ml (1/4 Cup)
Fenugreek Seeds - 1 Tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves - A Spring
Shallots - 100g
Green Chillies - 3
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Cinnamon, Cardamom and Cloves - A little
Chicken - 200g
Tomato - 1 Large
Carrot - 1 Medium Size
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Chili Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Water - 2 Liters
Soaked Wheat - 50g
