INGREDIENTS
(Brownie Bottom)
Dark Chocolate - 20g
Butter - 20g
Milk - 30ml
1 Large Egg
A Pinch Of Salt
Sugar - 30g
All Purpose Flour - 30g
Cocoa Powder - 8g
Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cashew - 30g

(7 x 7 Inch Baking Tray)
Bake At 180c For 20 to 30 Minutes Depending On The Oven.

(Whipped Cream For Mousse)
Whipping Cream - 300g
Powdered Sugar - 8g

(Gelatin Mixture)
Milk - 1 Tbsp.
Gelatin - 2g
(Prepare 3 Batches Like This For The 3 Layers)

(1st Layer)
Dark Chocolate - 60g
Whipping Cream - 40g
Prepared Gelatin Mixture
Prepared Whipped Cream - 100g

(2nd Layer)
Milk Chocolate - 60g
Whipping Cream - 40g
Prepared Gelatin Mixture
Prepared Whipped Cream - 100g

(3rd Layer)
White Chocolate - 60g
Whipping Cream - 40g
Prepared Gelatin Mixture
Prepared Whipped Cream - 100g

(Chocolate ganache)
Dark Chocolate - 50g
Whipping Cream - 50g
