Ingredients:
480g Beef Tenderloin - 牛里脊肉 480克
12 green and red chili peppers - 干的绿、红螺丝椒 12个
4 garlic - 大蒜瓣 4个
1 tbsp red chili pepper flakes- 韩国干红辣椒粉 1大勺


Marinade
1 tbsp Cook wine - 料酒 1 大勺
1 tbsp light soy sauce - 生抽 1大勺
1 tsp dark soy sauce - 老抽 1 小勺
1/8 tsp White pepper - 白胡椒粉 1/8 小勺
1/8 tsp salt - 盐 1/8 小勺
1 tbsp starch - 淀粉 1大勺
1 tbsp water - 清水 一大勺
1 tbsp cooking oil - 菜油 1 大勺
