Ingredient:
3 king oyster mushroom - 杏鲍菇 3根
3 little chili pepper - 红辣椒3个
a few of garlics - 大蒜 几瓣
1 tbsp cooking wine - 料酒 1 大勺
1 tbsp Light soy sauce - 生抽酱油 1大勺
1 tbsp oyster sauce - 蚝油 1大勺
1/2tsp Sugar - 白糖 1/2小勺
1/4cup water - 水 1/4杯
Appropriate amount of starch water 淀粉水适量

喜欢颜色深一点的,可以加1小勺老抽酱油
