今天,我们分享如何用 Puff Pastry Sheets 来做简易的老北京牛舌饼。用Puff Pastry Sheets,省去了自己揉面的繁琐步骤,既省事又省时。这老北京牛舌饼咸香酥脆,外酥里软,真是非常好吃。做馅料时,烤箱不需要预热,将装有面粉的烤盘放入烤箱,把烤箱设置到350华氏度加热,到了350度华氏度,开始计时,烤5分钟。5分钟后,翻炒一下,再把装有黑白芝麻的烤盘一起放进烤箱。烤3分钟左右就可以关火了。关火以后,不要将烤盘拿出,用余温继续烤。待烤箱温度降低,面和芝麻就烤好了。每家的烤箱不同,烤的时候注意观察

Ingredients: (1 puff pastry sheet make 9
Black Sesame Puff Pastry Cookies)
1 puff pastry sheet - 1张酥皮片

Filling
1/2cup white sesame - 1/2杯白芝麻
1/3cup black sesame - 1/3杯黑芝麻
2tsp fennel seed - 2 小勺小茴香籽
2tsp pepper salt - 2 小勺花椒盐
1/2cup sugar - 1/2杯 白糖
2tbsp Water - 2大勺水
1cup all-purpose-flower - 1杯中筋面粉
2 eggs white - 2 个蛋白
2 tbsp butter - 2 大勺黄油
