甜酸浇汁鱼是从松鼠鱼演变而成,色泽鲜艳,鲜嫩酥香,酸甜适口。松鼠鱼一般是用活的整条桂鱼来完成。因买不到活鱼,就只能用别的鱼代替了。Walleye因其刺少,是比较好的选择。这次用Walleye Fillet做的,非常好吃。值得一试。有问题,请留言。

Main Ingredient:
2 Walleye fillets - 带鱼皮的Walleye鱼片 2 片

Marinade:
1/4 tsp salt - 盐 1/4 小勺
1/4 white pepper - 白胡椒粉 1/4 小勺
1 TBSP cook wine - 料酒 1 大勺

Sweet and sour sauce:
1 cup Ketchup - 番茄酱 1杯
2 TBSP Sugar - 糖 2 大勺
1/4 cup water - 水 1/4 杯
1/4 tsp white vinegar - 白醋 1/4 小勺
water cornstarch - 水淀粉 适量
1 tsp oil - 油 1小勺
