Ingredients:

1LB Chicken Gizzards - 1磅鸡胗干

Boiled seasoning:

1 pieces of ginger - 1 小块生姜
1 scallion - 1根青葱
1 aniseed - 1个大料
1 tbsp cooking wine - 1大勺料酒
1 tbsp salt - 1 大勺盐

Spicy ingredients:
