2 king oyster mushroom - 杏鲍菇 2根
a little chili pepper shreds - 干红辣椒丝(适量)
1 tbsp peppercorns - 1大勺花椒粒
A few of coriander - 香菜 一点
2tbsp Chili pepper - 辣椒碎2大勺
2tbsp Cumin powder - 孜然粉 2大勺
1tsp Sugar - 白糖 一小勺
1 tbsp Light soy sauce - 生抽酱油 1大勺
1 tsp dark soy sauce - 老抽 1小勺
1/2 tsp Salt - 盐 1/2 小勺
