今天,我们分享如何用 Trader Joe's 的低脂Pizza Dough 来制作老北京椒盐芝麻酱烧饼。用Pizza Dough,省去了自己发面得繁琐步骤,既省事又省时。这老北京椒盐芝麻酱烧饼外酥里软,夹着多层的芝麻酱和椒盐,外面还有香香的芝麻,真好吃。这次用的是味全牌的原味芝麻酱。用香油把芝麻酱调开,芝麻酱一定要用香油调整稠度,不能用水来调,因为水不溶于麻酱里,会出现水油分离状态。而且在调制时,香油不要一次性全部加入,调制过程中,要看芝麻酱的稠度,逐渐添加,搅拌,直到调成酸奶的稠度。

Ingredients: (1 bag Pizza Dough make 12 Old Beijing sesame sauce flatbreads)
1 bag Pizza Dough 1 LB - 1袋Pizza面团1磅
160g white sesame - 160克白芝麻

芝麻酱调制
80g Sesame paste - 80克 芝麻酱
1tbsp dark soy sauce - 1大勺老抽酱油
1tsp pepper salt - 1小勺椒盐
1tbsp sesame oil - 1大勺香油

蘸料
1tbsp dark soy sauce - 1大勺老抽酱油
1tsp pepper salt - 1小勺 椒盐
1tbsp Water - 1大勺水
1tbsp all-purpose-flower - 1大勺中筋面粉
1tbsp honey -1大勺 蜂蜜
