طبخ دجاج تندوري من أروع ما يكون في الفرن!
Making an amazing Tandoori chicken in the oven!

مكونات:

دجاجة ونصف، مقطعة إلى قطع
ثلاثة أرباع الكوب (180 جرام) زبادي
ملعقة كبيرة من كل من: الملح، ومسحوق الفلفل الحار، والبابريكا، والكزبرة والكمون
ملعقة صغيرة من كلٍ من: الفلفل الأسود، والكركم، والجرام ماسالا
ملعقة كبيرة ثوم (20 جرام)
ملعقة كبيرة زنجبيل (20 جرام)
ربع كوب (60 مل) عصير ليمون
ربع كوب (60 مل) زيت نباتي
ربع ملعقة صغيرة من ملون الطعام الأحمر والبرتقالي
فحم
زيت نباتي إضافي للتدخين
نان، زبادي، وصلصة نعناع للتقديم

تعليمات:

للتتبيلة:

اخلطي الزبادي والملح ومسحوق الفلفل الحار والبابريكا والكزبرة والكمون الفلفل الأسود والكركم والجرام ماسالا والثوم والزنجبيل وعصير الليمون والزيت النباتي وملون الطعام في وعاء.

اصنعي قطعًا صغيرة على قطع الدجاج وتبليها جيدًا.


إعطاء الدجاج نكهة الدخان:

ضعي فحمًا مشتعلًا وقليلًا من الزيت في وعاء الدجاج، ثم غطيه لمدة 5 دقائق.


بردي الدجاج المتبلة لمدة ساعة.

الشوي:

انقل الدجاج إلى رف صينية الشوي.

صبي التتبيلة المتبقية على الدجاج

سخني الفرن إلى 350 درجة فهرنهايت (180 درجة مئوية)، وشوي الدجاج لمدة ساعة تقريبًا.


بعد أن تنضج، نقدم الدجاج التندوري مع خبز النان واللبن وصلصة النعناع.

Ingredients:

One and a half chickens, cut into pieces
Three fourths of a cup (180 grams) yogurt
One tbsp each: salt, chili powder, paprika, coriander
One tsp each: black pepper, turmeric, garam masala
One tbsp garlic (20 grams)
One tbsp ginger (20 grams)
One fourth of a cup (60 ml) lemon juice
One fourth of a cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
One fourth of a tsp red and orange food coloring
Charcoal
Extra vegetable oil for smoking
Naan, yogurt, and mint sauce for serving
Instructions:

Marination:

Mix yogurt, salt, chili powder, paprika, coriander, black pepper, turmeric, garam masala, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, vegetable oil, and food coloring in a bowl.
Make small cuts on chicken pieces, marinate thoroughly.

Give the chicken a smoky flavor:

Place a lit charcoal and a bit of oil in the bowl with the chicken, cover for 5 mins.

Refrigerate the marinated chicken for 1 hour.
Roasting:

Transfer the chicken to a roasting pan rack.
Pour leftover marinade on top.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C), roast the chicken for approximately one hour.

Serving:

Once cooked, serve the tandoori chicken with naan, yogurt and mint sauce.
