Cooking meat with onions! SO delicious and EASY recipe 😋!




 المكونات:

 كيلوغرام واحد من لحم الماعز أو الغنم
 زيت نباتي
 ثلاث حبات من البصل (450 جم)، مفرومة
 حب الهال
 أوراق الغار
 ملعقة صغيرة ثوم (10 جرام)
 ملح للتذوق
 فلفل أسود، حسب الرغبة
 فلفل حار، اختياري
 الماء الساخن


 التعليمات:

 سخني وعاء على نار متوسطة وأضيفي القليل من الزيت النباتي.

 يُضاف لحم الماعز أو لحم الضأن مع التحريك حتى يتغير لونه.

 يُضاف البصل المفروم، والهيل، وأوراق الغار، والثوم، والملح، والفلفل الأسود.  اطبخي حتى يكرمل البصل.

 غطي اللحم بالماء الساخن وأضيفي الفلفل الحار حسب الرغبة.

 يُطهى اللحم على نار متوسطة لمدة 1.5 ساعة تقريبًا أو حتى ينضج.

Ingredients:

One kg goat or lamb meat
Vegetable oil
Three onions (450g), chopped
Cardamom
Bay leaves
One tsp garlic (10g)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Hot pepper, optional
Hot water

Instructions:

Heat a pot over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil.
Add the goat or lamb meat, stirring until it changes color.
Stir in chopped onions, cardamom, bay leaves, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook until onions caramelize.
Cover the meat with hot water and add hot pepper if desired.
Cook the meat over medium heat for about 1.5 hours or until tender.
Serve hot and enjoy your spicy goat/lamb stew!
