・生たまご : 4
(冷蔵庫から出してすぐのを使いました)

[味つけ]
・水 : 40g
・醤油 : 35g
・みりん : 35g
・砂糖 : 5g

*保存期間：冷蔵庫で3日。

半熟卵を作った後、味付けのタレに半日～一日冷蔵庫で漬けておくだけで作れます。
