■This time is a recipe for Egg Tempura & Tempura Batter. (Japanese soft-boiled eggs Recipe) 半熟卵天ぷらレシピ (作り方)
▼ [Ingredients / I will make 4.]
・Egg : 4
(In the video, I used eggs straight from the refrigerator.)
[Tempura batter made from scratch(without egg)]
・Cold water : 75g
・Mayonnaise: 10g
* First, dissolve the mayonnaise in water.
・Flour : 50g(The flour I use is "less than 8.5% protein".So it's a good idea to use "cake flour" )
・Sesame oil : a little
・Ice : 2
* Eggs are used for the tempura batter liquid.
But, the more the amount by using the egg.
In the case of a small amount, the same effect can be obtained by substituting mayonnaise.

This is a recipe adapted from the Egg tempura from the restaurant I work at so you can make it at home.
It's easy and delicious to make.
In the video, I boiled the eggs for 7 minutes.
Boiling for 6 minutes will make it a little more soft, and boiling for 8 minutes will make it a little firmer.

・たまご : 4
(冷蔵庫から出してすぐのを使いました)
[天ぷらバッター液]
・冷水 : 75g
・マヨネーズ : 10g
* 先にマヨネーズを溶かします。
・小麦粉 : 50g
