KHUBANI KA MEETHA
Ingredients:
Step: 1
• Apricot (Khubani)
(Soaked in water for overnight)
• Sugar 1 Cup
• Water 1 Glass
Step: 2
• Cold Milk 1 Cup
• Vanilla Custard Powder 2-3 Tbsp
Step: 3
• Milk 1½ Liters
• Sugar ¾ Cup
• Prepared Custard Mixture
Step:4 (Assembling)
• Prepared Khubani Paste
• Prepared Custard
• Whipped Cream (Optional)
• Almonds (For Garnish)


GAJAR KA HALWA
Ingredients:
• Carrots 1½ Kg
• Milk 1 Liter
• Food Color (Optional)
• Crushed Green Cardamom 4-5
• Desi Ghee 4 Tbsp
• Sugar 1 Cup
• Mixed Nuts
• Khoya 1-2 Tbsp
• Melted Khoya
• Almonds, Pistachio & Cashews (For Garnish)
