DHABA STYLE ALOO KEEMA
ALOO KEEMA:
Ingredients;
• Kashmiri Lal Mirch 2 (Soaked in water for 2 Hours)
• Yogurt 5 Tbsp
• Salt 1 Tsp
• Cumin Powder 1 Tbsp
• Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp
• Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
• Cooking Oil ½ Cup
• Sliced Onions 2 (Medium)
• Green Chilli Paste 1 Tbsp
• Minced beef ½ KG
• Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tbsp
• Prepared Masala
• Potatoes 2 (Small)
• Water ½ Cup
• Green Chillies 2-3
• Coriander Leaves ½ Bunch
LIFAFA PARATHA:
Ingredients;
• Lukewarm Water 1 Cup
• Sugar 1 Tbsp
• Egg 1
• All-purpose Flour 2 Cups
• Salt 2 Pinch
• Melted Ghee 2 Tbsp


BIHARI QEEMA:
INGREDIENTS:
For Bihari Qeema;
• Minced Beef ½ Kg
• Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tbsp
• Cumin Powder ½ Tbsp
• Garam Masala ½ Tsp
• Cumin Seeds 1 Tbsp
• Crushed Red Chillies ½ Tbsp
• Salt 1 Tbsp (Or to taste)
• Bihari Masala 1 Tbsp
• Yogurt 4 Tbsp
• Fried Onions 4 Tbsp
• Oil 3-4 Tbsp
For Malabar Paratha;
• All-purpose Flour 2 Cups
• Salt 1 Tbsp
• Milk Powder 4 Tbsp
• Sugar 1 Tbsp
• Oil 2 Tbsp
• Milk 2 Tbsp
• Water (As required)
