• Water 1 Cup
• Sugar 3-4 Tbsp
• Lemon Juice 1 (Large)
• Cornflour Slurry 1½ Tbsp

COFFEE SYRUP:
Ingredients;
• Milk 1 Cup
• Sugar 2 Tbsp
• Espresso Shot ¼ Cup

WHIPPED CREAM:
Ingredients;
• Heavy Cream 1 Packet
• Icing Sugar 3-4 Tbsp

ASSEMBLING:
• Crushed Candi Biscuits 3 Packets
• Prepared Coffee Syrup
• Prepared Whipped Cream
• Prepared Strawberry Jam
