تحضير العجينة:


في وعاء العجن، اخلطي كوبًا وربع (310 مل) من الماء الدافئ وملعقة كبيرة (10 جرام) خميرة وملعقة كبيرة (10 جرام) سكر. دعها تنشط لمدة 10 دقائق.


أضف إلى خليط الخميرة ملعقتين كبيرتين (30 جرامًا) من الزبادي، وكوبين (340 جرامًا) من الدقيق متعدد الأغراض، وملعقتين كبيرتين (20 جرامًا) من نشا الذرة، ورشة ملح، وملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا. يعجن حتى مجتمعة.


أضيفي ملعقتين كبيرتين (30 مل) من الزيت النباتي واعجني لمدة 10 دقائق.


نغطيها ونتركها حتى يتضاعف حجمها، حوالي ساعة واحدة.


تحضير الشراب:


في وعاء، اخلطي كوبًا وربع الكوب (310 مل) من الماء، وكوبين (400 جرام) من السكر، والهيل. يغلي على نار متوسطة لمدة 10 دقائق.


أضيفي ملعقة كبيرة (15 مل) من عصير الليمون وربع كوب (60 مل) من العسل. دعها تبرد الى درجة حرارة الغرفة.


إزالة فقاعات الهواء من العجين. املأ حقنة التزيين أو كيس الأنابيب.


قطع أجزاء صغيرة من العجين إلى الزيت النباتي الساخن. نلفها حتى تنضج من جميع الجوانب، ثم نخفض الحرارة. عندما يصبح لونه ذهبيًا، انقله فورًا إلى الشراب.


نقعها في الشراب: احتفظ بها في الشراب لمدة دقيقة واحدة.


أخرجه من الشراب واستمتع!

Dough Preparation:

In a kneading bowl, mix one cup and one fourth of a cup (310 ml) of warm water, one tbsp (10 grams) yeast, and one tbsp (10 grams) sugar. Let it activate for 10 minutes.

To the yeast mixture, add two tbsp (30 grams) yogurt, two cups (340 grams) all-purpose flour, two tbsp (20 grams) cornstarch, a sprinkle of salt, and one tsp vanilla. Knead until combined.

Add two tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil and knead for 10 minutes.

Cover and let it rest until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Syrup Preparation:

In a pot, combine one cup and one fourths of a cup (310 ml) of water, two cups (400 grams) sugar, and cardamom. Boil over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Stir in one tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice and one fourth of a cup (60 ml) honey. Let it cool to room temperature.

Remove the air bubbles from the dough. Fill an icing syringe or piping bag.

Cut small portions of dough into hot vegetable oil. Roll until cooked from all sides, then lower heat. Once golden, transfer immediately to syrup.

Soak in Syrup: Keep them in syrup for one minute.

Remove from syrup and enjoy!
